Our ethos

Outland Farm is a working livestock farm in Central Maine committed to raising animals the way nature intended—on pasture, with care, and in rhythm with the land. We specialize in pastured poultry, forest-raised pork, and grass-fed beef, producing meat that’s not only delicious, but raised with respect for the animals and the environment.

Our approach is rooted in transparency, sustainability, and connection. From rotating our poultry daily on fresh grass, to allowing our pigs to root and roam in wooded paddocks, to raising cattle on nutrient-rich pasture—we believe good farming starts with good stewardship.

With our on-site brewery and farm café, we also host seasonal events, farm dinners, and private celebrations, offering people a chance to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy food and drink that tells a story—right where it's grown and brewed.
